Entryway Storage Redo...

Hi, again.

Just want to share with you one of my latest 'redo' at home.  It has been 2 1/2 years I moved in the house but there are still lots to do or 'redo'.  Early this year, Jojo entered primary one and her school bag and stuff have been X 3.  After school, she keep her school backpack and others at the cabinets I 'prepared' at the entry way into the house.  The cabinets actually a stack of 3 tier storage box and now it's seem getting messy and look absolutely terrible..... see...

So, a mom got to do what a mom got to do.... but..what and how?

My first attempt...

My second attempt...still hopeless

After get some opinions from the girls and dad...

At last I finally decide to do make a pull out box...that's look much neat..so here goes..

Touch up a bit... after found some scrap woods and trim...add in some rollers....the girls complained hard to pull out even though I have attached some rubber mats...

Now, for the top...I painted some glass panels with with paint.(someone left them beside the trash...)

and then....

Hmm... what about the exposed wire and the back of the TV?....Well, it's have to wait for my idea bulb to spark or...when I spy some more 'trash'....

Thanks for drop by
Have a nice day

Love always
